any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use
of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any
content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any

any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third-party due to or
arising from your breach of these Terms of Service and Use or the documents they incorporate
by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party, regardless of the validity
or merits of said claim or claims.

Section 13 - Intellectual Property Warranty and Indemnification Clause
By using this website and submitting any content to Inventive Customs, LLC, you warrant that
the content you submit does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, including but
not limited to copyright, trademark, and patent rights, of any third party. In addition to the
indemnification in Section 12, you agree to defend, hold harmless, and indemnify Inventive

officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers,
interns, and employees, in the event that any claim of infringement is made against them,
regardless of the validity or merit of the claim or claims made. This indemnification includes
covering all legal costs, expenses, and any potential damages resulting from the alleged
infringement. Your obligation to defend and indemnify remains in effect even after the
termination of your use of this website. Inventive Customs, LLC reserves the right to participate
in the defense of any claim, at the user’s expense and cost, with legal counsel of its choice.

void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent

use of the website shall be exclusively brought in the state courts located within St. Tammany
Parish, Louisiana or the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana in New
Orleans, Louisiana for any and all federal claims. The user consents to the personal jurisdiction
and venue of these courts and waives any objection to the convenience of the forum. This
venue selection shall apply to all claims, including but not limited to those based on contract,
tort, statutory, and regulatory claims, regardless of the nature or legal theory of the claim. This
